What age is best for a portrait session?
Any age works. I’ve photographed toddlers and teenagers. The approach changes, but the goal is the same — an honest portrait of who they are right now.
What if my child won’t sit still?
That’s actually ideal. I don’t need stillness. Movement, curiosity, restlessness — that’s where the real portraits come from. I work with the energy, not against it.
What should my child wear?
Simple, solid colors work best. Avoid big logos or busy patterns. Layers are great for outfit changes. Bring whatever they feel comfortable in.
How long does a session take?
Mini sessions are 20 minutes, portrait sessions 45 minutes, story sessions 90 minutes. I never rush — we take the time your child needs.
Do parents stay during the session?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to be in the room. Sometimes children are more relaxed with a parent nearby, sometimes without — we’ll figure out what works best.
When do we receive the photos?
Within 7 days (5 days for story sessions). You’ll get a private online gallery with your retouched images in full resolution.
