Wahnsinn, wie die Zeit rennt. Gefühlt gestern saß ich noch als Gründer von notebooksbilliger im OMR Podcast, und jetzt feiert das Team rund um Philipp Westermeyer schon großes Jubiläum. Erstmal: Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Was ihr da auf die Beine gestellt habt, sucht seinesgleichen.

Mittlerweile habe ich die Seiten gewechselt: Vom Gründer zum Fotografen.

Ich bin eingeladen und wollte nicht mit leeren Händen kommen. Aber statt Wein oder Blumen bringe ich das mit, was heute mein Beruf und meine Leidenschaft ist: meine Kamera.

Was ich vorhabe: Ich werde auf dem Event sein und Portraits von euch schießen. Keine steifen Passfotos, sondern echte Charakter-Bilder. Dafür baue ich vor Ort extra ein professionelles kleines Pop-up-Studio auf – mit richtigem Licht und allem Drum und Dran. Wir nehmen vor Ort kurz euren Namen und eure E-Mail auf. Sobald ich die Bilder gesichtet und bearbeitet habe, bekommt ihr eine Mail mit dem Zugang zu eurer persönlichen Galerie.

Der Deal: Das Shooting und der Download in Web-Größe sind mein Geschenk an euch und die OMR-Community.

Aber ich habe eine Bitte: Ich lebe auf Mallorca und sehe dort die Realität abseits der Luxus-Hotels. Viele Familien wissen nicht, wie sie über den Winter kommen sollen. Mit der Fundació Predator helfen wir genau dort.

🇬🇧 Happy Birthday OMR – Portraits & Purpose

Crazy how time flies. It feels like yesterday that I was sitting in the OMR Podcast as the founder of notebooksbilliger, and now the team around Philipp Westermeyer is celebrating a huge anniversary. First of all: Congratulations! What you have built is truly unique.

By now, I’ve switched roles: From founder to photographer.

I’ve been invited, and I didn’t want to come empty-handed. But instead of wine or flowers, I’m bringing what is now my profession and passion: my camera.

The Plan: I will be at the event taking portraits of you. Not stiff passport photos, but real character shots. To ensure they look great, I’m setting up a small, professional pop-up studio on-site – with proper lighting and the whole setup. We’ll quickly take down your name and email on site. Once I’ve sorted and edited the images, you’ll receive an email with access to your personal gallery.

The Deal: The shoot and the web-size download are my gift to you and the OMR community.

But I have a request: I live in Mallorca and see the reality away from the luxury hotels. Many families don’t know how they will make it through the winter. With the Fundació Predator, we provide help exactly where it’s needed.
